Germany to implement energy efficiency projects in Kazakhstan
Investment projects on energy efficiency will be developed in Kazakhstan by the end of 2013, Chief Executive of the German Energy Agency Stephan Kohler said at a presentation of the Kazakh-German center of energy efficiency, the website of Kazakh Prime Minister S. Akhmetov.
Two education laboratories, equipped with German equipment and exhibition of innovative energy technologies, will be opened in the center.
According to S.Kohler, the center of energy efficiency will be aimed at promotion of the policies of energy efficiency and energy conservation. It will prepare specialists in energy audit and offer proficiency development courses.
Besides, foreign specialists in energy audit will be invited in Kazakhstan to teach energy audit at sectoral enterprises in order to take into account the peculiarities of industrial sectors.
